Faulty debit for e-ticket

Dear sir

i sumeet m bafna online a/c holder of irctc.co.in

with username: sumeet0836

tried to book ticket from bandra terminus to jodhpur dated 21 may

on 7 may. i tried for three times using my SBI matercard. the transaction

was failed all the three times and there was a deduction of amount Rs. 2757 for each transaction

so there was a total deduction of amount Rs.8271.

i kindly request you to look into the matter and credit the amount back into my account as soon as possible.
