Debit of bank account without ticket being boioked

Dear Sir,

I am a account holder of IRCTC. I tried to book a ticket on 28.09.2010 from Secunderabad to Nagarsole by Train No.7064 Ajanta Express of 05.11.2010 for self and wife. I tried to pay the amount through debit card of my canara bank, kundanbagh, hyderabad savings bank account. When I clicked 'pay', it was under 'process, please wait' for a long time and finally it was 'timed out'. I again tried and the same thing got repeated. However, my canara bank savings bank account no.1626101009556 got debited twice for an amount of Rs.502 and again for Rs.502 vide transaction no.42512590 and 45091472. I request the authorities to rectify the mistake and credit the amount back to my savings bank account indicated above.
