No ticket booked but amt debitted

Sir,

I have booked a ticket on 06 Mar from Chennai Egmore (MS) to Dadar (DR) by train No 2164. Journey dt is 07 Apr. Class 2 AC.

After making payment through SBI ATM cum debit card message came to wait. Waited till the reservation closes. ie. 2000 hrs. The page hung up. It is not there in the booked tickets history. Transaction number is POSPRCH 0065606919862001 dated 06 Mar. Since I booked another ticket on the subsequent day for my journey I would like to request you to refund Please contact my e mail id if you want any more information..
