Gas delevered not on time

I have booked Gas via phone at Indian Oil Corporation Aurangabad (0240- 2321739), but was not delivered gas cylinder after several reminders. I had done the booking on 05.10.2010. and waiting list no is 730

My Consumer No is 04918. When I called up the delivering agency, Prayag indane gas agencies, opp. usmanpura polic station, pratap nager, aurangabad, they are saying that within two or three days, it will be delivered, but till the date I have not received the same. this happening last 4 year i not gatting cylinder on right time every this he delivered 20 days after booking

I doubt they are selling the cylinders unauthorisedly in black market or some hoteliers. This is too pathetic and I am reallly fed up calling the Prayag indane and IOC.

Please take necessary steps to make the delivery at the earliest.
