India Railway Reservation IRCTC
Deduct money of 283.00/- Rs twice

I try to book my Railway ticket online using website http://www.indianrail.gov.in/ on 31 December but some error came So, i try second time to book my ticket but same error I got. After that i check my SBI account in that they deduct "POS PRCH " 283.00/-Rs 283.00 /-Rs from my account.

I want my whole money (566. 00 /-Rs) back. Please do needful.
