Usted metal nail in food served

METAL RUSTED NAIL IN THE FOOD

It was an excellent aircraft for the journey no doubt from Dubai to Bangalore and to Mangalore on the 8th March Flight no. IT046. I was traveling with my family seat no. 3A, 3B and 3C respectively.

It was the first horrified journey experience in my 18 years of traveling with different airlines and this happened when I travelled in your airline for the first time. The food served on board had a RUSTED METAL NAIL in the non-veg dish (rice pulao) which even broke a piece of my tooth with great pain, I realised the standard of your 5 Star service of your flight.

Immediately this incident was reported to cabin crew airhostess and chief steward hostess Miss ADITI and Miss NEHA respectively. Then have seen and checked the METAL NAIL in the dish served and have promised me that the same will be referred to the ground staff for further investigation and report the same to me. Now it is more than 22 days since the complaint was lodged to the staff on board and I was told that the one of the senior staff member will contact me with the details provided with complaint and non of them have contacted me till date.

I hope with this mail you will take necessary action and contact me regarding the incidence. Let me know why should not I report this to the MEDIA when you have not responded? And also lodge a complaint with DNATA on my return to Dubai along with copy to the press media.

Now I am really afraid to travel with your KingFisher Five star airline.
