I have booked for the connection with IGL (on my father's name: Mr Balraj Malik, BP no: 4000167041) on 16th September. Even after too much of request at the customer care my connection was installed within the 4 months time period. I had to personally request the labor who were getting the connection installed in the neighborhood to do it for my house. While doing so, they have broken the wall which they did not repair. They promised that meter will be connected with the gas stove tomorrow and engineer will also come for verification and they will also repair the wall. But in vain. I have contacted the customer care executives several times. Many a times I was assured that the work will be done within few days. In fact even today I have been assured that it will be done within 2 days. However, I have lost all hopes. I am left with no option but to go the consumer court. I have even taken down the name of customer care executives and sr. executives to whom I have spoken. My purpose to write this mail is not to complaint against anybody but to get my issue resoled. I request you to pls look into the matter as I am a working professional and it becomes really difficult for me to run after people for such a minute thing.
