Poor and cheap refund department

I canceled the tkt vide pnr. no. Da-07011434, da07012818, da07011278, da07011360, 1685610, da09603812, 2423812 in the month of 01 oct.2006 by c.c. dept. and airport counter by could not recd the refund till 02.06.2007. and their c.c. person says after waiting of 2 hours on tel. they answer that u will find in next week and now says that they have made the payment but where.

Air deccan is a fraud and cheat co. the govt. should take the action against him. This poor, cheap staff, and third class arrangement of seating allotment like a village bus or tractor trolley.

AIR DECCAN REFUND DEPARTMENT NOT TRAINED STAFF, ONLY CHEATING NO CALL CENTER RESPONSE NO HEAD OFFICE RESPONSE, FRAUD AIRLINES.

TROLA AIRLINES GIVE THE NEW NAME.

CANCEL TKT 01 OCT.2006 BUT REFUND NOT GIVEN LAST 21 JUN.
