The Gas agencies are not working properly

Dear Sir,

I am Varsha Gupta, consumer number 4439 and a customer of IOC's branch in Joshi Colony, Patparganj. Our gas vendor is M/S Verma gas. I wish to inform you that it is impossible to get gas booked through phone. The phone operators never pick phone, not only this even the emergency numbers are constatntly busy. We expect you to please look into the matter, as the situation fails to improve.

I would also like to tell you about an incident that would act as an eye opener for all, our gas cylinder by the same agency developed a snag in its washer, we kept on calling and running for help but no help came for 14 hrs. Kindly, look into the matter as without the higher authorities interference this system would never work.
