Dear Sir/Madam,
As I understand, one can book for a gas cylinder after 21days from the last gas delivery date or the same is automatically booked & supplied but it seems the automatic system are not followed by the dealers.
Please take a note of my Consumer No.58840 under the dealership of M/S. Asal Durg Enterprises, Gandhi path, Jaipur, when requested for booking on 6th, January they refused to do so and stated that it would be autumatically supplied. My only complain is that they should have booked the gas and should have given me the booking number. I shall appreciate your early intervention on the issue.
