Not response of refund status of cancelled ticket and TDR file acknoledge

Respected sir,

I had canclled a ticke Pnr-2204505853 on date 14/05, but i did not get refund and any status mail regarding this, i had also file a TDR for the PNR-6339527620 through mail to irctc, but they did not send me any acknoledgement mail regarding this, i have talked with their care but they did not respond my query, so kindly suggest me what should i do regarding this?
