I booked 2 tickets from IRCTC website on 27th may from delhi to jaipur, but the transaction failed and the money of 714rs was debited to my HDFC account... when i talked to the IRCTC representative the told me that money will be refunded automatically... now after almost 2 months and repeated mails to IRCTC and even after sending my bank statement which they demanded they are not taking any action and are now claiming that no payment has been received by them from the bank.kindly take this problem to the highest so that the loopholes in the indian system could be removed and a normal person is naot cheated again.
