I had booked a ticket for 21st Jan 12 and 19th Jan 12 from my irctc on line reservation id. later on on 14th instant when I wanted to cancel my tickets, after logging in the page prompted me to register my email id and I had clicked on it. Then it prompted that my new password had been sent to my email id but till date I have not received the same. I would request you to kindly deliver the password as I am unable to cancel my ticket.
