Refund of failed transaction

Dear Sir,

I have booked 2 tickets online today itself, i.e., 19/11 maybe 1 hour ago from my SBI ATM cum Debit card.

Journey Date: 19/01

Due to some Transaction the ticket was not booked and the status showed that "PAYMENT NOT RECIEVED FORM BANK".

But when i checked my account it was credited with Rs. 910 10 (Bank Charges).

I want to know whats the further procedure to get back my amount.
