I have filed the TDR on IRCTC due to non confirmation of all the tickets on 30.10.2009. The Railway promises the refund within 3 months whereas after one full year there's no refund. Despite all follow up with IRCTC TDR department there's no positive response. I am pasting below the details. Kindly do the needful.
