TDR Money not refunded

Sir,

I have booked a ticket from Krishnarajapuram (KJM) to tenali (TEL) on 12/08.My date of journey was 24/09, PNR No 4309749139, Transaction id 0135439016, Class SL, Fare 287. Due to some reasons i could not travel. So I filed a TDR on 28th september and the remund money is yet to be credited in my account.

According to Rules the money will be refunded with in 3 months. In my case it has been 4 months and 10 days and yet the status is being shown as forwarded to railway. Hope i would get my refund as soon as possible
