TDR refund not received since 8 months

Dear Sir,

I had booked ticket for 6 persons for journey on 14/10 by Pachchim Express Train No.2925 for 3 Tier AC from station Vadodara to New Delhi by IRCTC website. After preparation of chart I got 3 persons confirmed and 3 remained waitlisted. So I filed TDR for the refund of 3 persons who could not travelled by the train due to waitlisted. I filed TDR on 30 Oct and yet I have not received my refund after sending 5-6 reminders to IRCTC.
