My journey on 05-01 at the bina junction to ruthiyai junction, but my connectivity train gondwana express h-nizamuddin to bina late by 4 hours (04-01). i have not traveled by the dayodaya 2181 express on 05-01 from bina junction. so my amount fefunded by you. but amount has been not received yet. please take necessary action on this matter. On 05-05 telephonic conversation at Jaipur Ticket refund offfice phone no 0141-2202083, he told me no TDR received from IRCTC office and he told me they clear all refunds till Feb.
