REFUND

Dear Sir,

I have booked one railway ticket having PNR No.2524780561 from Bharatpur to Mumbai and date of journey was 21-Oct, but the tratin was diverted to other route due to train accident in Mathura. As per railway rule if the train is diverted to other route than the person will get 100% refund. however i have received only 50% refund of the total amount and balance 50% is still pending. And Customer Care personnel not gives any satisfactory answer relating to balance 50%.

Please do the needful.
