I had booked the following ticket for myself

Train Name: CHENNAI EXPRESS From Station: PUNE JN (PUNE) To Station: CHENNAI EGMORE (MS)

Date Of Journey: 25-Sep Class: 3A Boarding: PUNE JN (PUNE)

Resv Upto: CHENNAI EGMORE (MS) Date Of Booking: 23-Sep Total Ticket Fare: Rs 1270.00

Then i cancelled my ticket. The site (irctc) shows refund amount of 1230 & status as refunded but I have still not recieved the amount.

Kindly look into this matter.
