I have booked one Ticket from IRCTC travel from Jamnagar to Motihari

On Date 09/08.

But till today I don’t got my Ticket. Many Time I have written a mail to the IRCTC but there is no Proper Reply from them.

It came to know that ticket was misplaced by there courier agent. Now they are not issuing me duplicate ticket for the same saying that we will pay you booking amount back.

My Date of Journey was on 28/10/10 in this Dipawali Period how can go without reservation to my Native Place.
