I had tried to book my ticket from yeshwantpur to new delhi, but the transcation was failed and the money wad debited from my account, I had used HDFC net banking, in transcation it shwas "settlement requested"

I want to know how soon can I get my refund, my transcation id is: 0293708977 and Bank: HDFC
