Not get refund yet

I had booked 2 tickets for 2 persons on 26th december form jabalpur to agra cantt. the date of journey was 27/12/10 by IRCTC.

TRANSACTION ID-0289587703 & PNR NO.- 8406702288.

but i cancelled one ticket on 27th dec. 2010.

till the date i don't get my refund back

please help me
