Non refund of Money

Dear Sir,

I have purchased 3A class ticket of train no. 2331 to travel on 24/11/10 Patna to Ambala ref PNR no. 6443934447 Transaction no. 0245255420 but was not able to board a train from Patna as a train route was diverted.

I have already filed TDR on 25/11/10 ref no. ekt2010112501828053 but more than 90 day's have passed but still now I have not received the refund amount.

So, please look into the matter & do the needful. In a hope.
