Yet to get my refund money

Hi

I had booked a ticket in Indian Airlines through IRCTC 5 months back. But that flight got cancelled. I am still waiting to get my refund money from IRCTC . Though i am continuously following up with IRCTC but they are not responding. This is already been 4 months and i am paying interest for that tkt.
