Refund Not Received

Sir, I have filed TDR for refund of partially cancelled ticket on 13 Nov I have written letter to GM, IRCTC also but till now i have not received refund.if i check status of TDR it is showing CCM registered. But if i check detailed status it is showing message as unable to show due to communication failure.

TDR detailed is as follow:

TDR Entry Date : 13-Nov

Status: CCM Registered
