REFUND OF MY MONEY

Dear Sir,

I had tried to booked ticket thru IRCTC.CO.IN website but due to net connection failure the trasaction failed and could not get complete.three times Although my bank account was debited but ticket did not get booked. The details are as follows :

Transaction ID : 0337478267 or 0338218463 or 0338124051

Train No : 14553

Train Name: HIMACHAL EXP.

From: Station (DLI) To Station (KART)

Date Of Journey 23-MayClass SL

Boarding: DELHI JN (DLI)

Resv Upto: KIRATPUR SAHIB (KART)

Date Of Booking 04 OR 05 -May

Total Fare Rs 332 332=664.00

Refund Details

Approved: Approved for Refund

Sent for Refund: Refund Instructions given to Bank

Refunded: Refunded in Account

I have still not received refund for the failed transaction in my bank account. Kindly put up my case with respective authorities and pls arrange for a refund of my money.
