Full TDR Amount not received

Dear Concern,

I was booked a Ticket from DEHRI ON SONE (DOS) TO NEW DELHI (NDLS) for 18th May. Train late more then 3 hours, so i Claim TDR for full refund amount of Rs 2248/- on 19th May out of which i have received only Rs. 1124/- on 30th Oct. Rest Rs 1124/- is still Pending.

For that amount i followed up several Time (16th Nov 10, 30th Nov 10, 07th Dec & 30th Dec but No revert from IRCTC & TDR department.
