I had booked an e-ticket for 1st march from TATANAGAR JN to HOWRAH JN. The booking status was confirmed. The Train was delayed on that day by 3 hrs and i had not travelled. I have filed a TDR through irctc site. Till now, i have not got the refund amount
(PNR no -8408883637). The ekt ref no is ekt2011031002205944
Can please help in find the escalation for the same.
