On 5th of may i was trying to book ticket online. Though transaction got failed, money got transferred from my bank account.
I sent so many mail in regards to this, but i received no proper response.
IRCTC said they already refunded.
But I have not received the amount in my bank. I forwarded bank passbook copy as proff from that day I get only one answer from IRCTC -
With regards to your mail, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your request to the concerned department. You will be receiving the same shortly.
From 6th May till date no action.
Can anybosy tell me what is the legal action I can take against IRCTC.
