Dear Sir,

My wife and my sons went to Himachal Pradesh and take the ticket on Tatkal. But the train is late more then 3 hours and we come back to Bus stand to went to Himachal by Bus. So i am filed the TDR next day the details are below:

PNR Number: 2659284011 Ticket Type: eticket Transaction ID: 0438127466

Booked On: 4-1 Class: 3A Internet Service Charge: Rs 20.00

Date Of Journey: 05/1 Railway Zone: NR Bank: ICICI

Total: Rs 683.00 Train No: 14553 Ticket Charge: Rs 663.00

From Station: DELHI (DLI) Quota: Tatkal To Station: UNA HIMACHAL (UHL)

IRCTC Zone: CCM/Refund, Northern Railway New Delhi

But now the status is

DR Details

Reason For TDR: Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Traveled

TDR Status: CCM Registered Reference No: ekt2012016004027970

TDR Zone: NR TDR Filing Date: 06-Jan

Refund Status: Refund under Process Refund Date: Not Available Refund Amount: Rs.0.00

So i am requested to you please do the needfull ASAP because till date i have not received any amount from IRCTC.co.in.
