I filed a TDR with IRCTC for the waitlist ticket as the ticket was not confirmed. I was travelling from Baroda to Vizianagram in 3AC. I filed the TDR on 19-Jun. The PNR details along with the transaction ID is mentioned below. Still the status is showing as under verification.
This is pending since 2009.

Where can we get this certificate?
THE IRCTC IS NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT
