I have booked the tickets by IRCTC on 17th Feb for 05 persons. During booking the status of tickets were RLWL3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 on 17th Feb 11.
After chart preparation, only one berth got confirmed rest were in waiting list1, 2, 3 & 4.
As per IRCTC rules the Waiting List's passenger can't travel and it should be the refund the amount asap once file the TDR. So only one passenger traveled and rest drop the journey.
I had filled the TDR on 21st May for get the refund but still the refund not received. From 21st May to till I have sent en no of emails re-open the TDR status.
Requesting to do the needful provide the refund.
