IRCTC-Eticket refund for non confirmed ticket
MOney not refund of PNR 4756546684

Dear Concern,

The PNR:4756546684 travel date 6th mar having 3 members in that only one person got RAC seat and the remaining 2 members got waiting list. Actually these E-tickets need to be cancelled automatically and money has to return. This is not happened. So i filed TDR. It is really surprising to me that why the amount not returned? Please check this.

I got the below reply from IRCTC

REGRET Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:4756546684, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no: REGRET/27.03.12/SCR and the reason being : 1816-SCR/9 Part W/L ticket - Non Travel Certificate not obtained In case you require any further assistance, please mail us at [email protected] or call us on 011-23345900 With regards, TDR TEAM
