Am using IRCTC service for online ticket booking since more than 5 year. My login ID is soheb_17.
I am trying to use online service since last two day but it is now working. It shows either login ID or password is not correct.
I have booked the ticket for my 9 family member from Ahmedabad to Delhi for 30.04.2011.
Then i called customer care for asking the reason then i come to know that my ID is blocked by IRCTC stating reason that i had filed false TDR in March. I had filed the TDR for late arrival of train more than 6 hour. As per me, this TDR is genuine and actual. I dont want any falls money from anywhere and How can anyone give implication now for the incidents happend before 1 year. Railway should react immediately after filiing of TDR and not now. It seems total inconvinience to customer.
I have a full right to file a TDR and filling a TDR is not legally offen that will result in blocking of my ID without any prior intimation to customer. IRCTC or Indian railway should think twice before taking such type decision because they should know that customer will suffer due to this type of sudden decision.
My family is coming to delhi in few day and i have not taken the print out then tell me how can this journey will possible, how can i come to know than my ID is blocked.
