I have purchased a reservation ticket online on IRCTC. But due to Telanagana agitation train was cancelled. So, I filed a TDR for the refund. However, only half the amount was refunded. I have called the IRCTC customer care multiple times and they are giving me different telephone number each time I called them. Nobody answer the calls on those numbers. In case even if they answer also they are again asking me contact customer care. But the other half of the amount is not being paid by IRCTC.
