No Refund received till date for TDR filed on 25-Jul

Dear Sir,

I filed a TDR against PNR No.8257962561 on the 25- July. Reason For TDR was that "Train Late More Than Three Hou

rs and Passenger Not Travelled". My date of journey was on 23/7.But till now i didn't get money refund from IRCTC.
