I have booked 3 tickets from Kakinada Town to Secunderabad station on 01-Feb at 4:50PM, but after 2 hrs of processing the transaction failed due to the system fault at the IRCTC web site. The amount of rupees Rs. 787/- is deducted from my SBI account.

Please help me get the refund as soon as possible.
