My name is RIcha Valechha (Female/19 years). I purchased e-ticket from Agency: Agarwal ticket D-1371/1, Indra Nagar, Lucknow-226016 (Mob:9452380476) for journey from Lucknow to New Delhi (Date of Journey: 25/1/10; TrainNo: 2203/GARIB RATH EXP; PNR No: 6336987774).
Since the said train was late for more than 10 hours, I got the ticket cancelled and reached Delhi by another train as I had to board Garib Rath train for Mumbai from Delhi on 26/1/10 morning to participate in Inter University Tennis Finals. It is almost 4 months now that I am yet to receive refund amount for the above cancellation.
I simply want to know whether we are really living in 21st Century.
