On updation of my Bank Pass Book on 11.12.2009 on perusal of the entries, I find that on 01.12.2009 a sum of Rs. 229.00 had been debited twice in my SB A/c No. 11140444739 even through I had purchased one Railway ticket on that date, through IRCTCs e-ticketing Services for Rs. 229.00 by using the abovementioned ATM-Cum-Debit Card.

I would request to please correct the my account and refunded the extra debit made by the bank. I would also request you to kindly let me know if there is an additional bank charges i.e., in this transaction Rs. 10.00 for use of ATM-Cum-Debit Card to buy Railway Tickets whereas in other cases, I have never come across any bank charges for use of ATM-Cum-Debit Card?
