TDR not refund after 4 month

Dear Sir,

I have booked two ticket PNR no.4545652189 journey Date 25/10 in Train no .12617 &Train Name-Mangla Ldweep form Nasik (NK) to Hazrat Nizamuddin (NZM) in 3AC but one was conformed and another part wiat list (SEWA LAL not travelled due to part waitlist) ticket.

I filed TDR on dated 2/10 But no any response found aginst TDR refund till date.

I kindly request to you please do needfull.
