Non refund of cancelled tickets

I wish to bring to your notice that two tickets were cancelled by me but till date the amount is not refunded the PNR no and amount of both the tickets are as follows:-

1) 2321169394 for Rs 842.00

2) 2421717188 for Rs 782

Further after talking to irctc customer care customer care they asked for scanned copy of my bank statement that also was sent but now it is more than one month also afer so many written & telephonic reminders no action was taken by them. Regards,
