i booked a ticket from bhubaneswar to tatanagar on 03 may and my journey date is 11 may`2010.

I cancelled my ticket on 08/05, and waiting for my refund amount. still the status is in process. when the process will get finish and when i get my money.

i called and ask railway customer care, but no replay from them.

kindly look into this mater and do the needful.
