I had arrived on Jet airways flight 9w 1117 from london to Mumbai arriving in mumbai on 21st Dec. However my 2 bags didnt arrive. Due to bad weather flights on 22nd Dec got cancelled. When I called Jet airwasy they told me some bags have arrived today on 23rd dec. they would sort the bags and call me in the afternoon. However despite calling them several times, they have not bothered to call back.
my baggae tag no is AA442302/01. Please help me track my baggage.
