Not delivering after booking of bike

I have been an ardent supporter of hero honda bikes .ihave been using it for the last 15 years. Recently I had booked one h.honda spendor bike, from hindustan auto agency, chas. I had taken a loan and told the salesman that I had made the draft of Rs.43819 (price road tax ins.)so whenever the bike arrives please keep it for me. but instead of giving me he sold the bike to some other person. Please look into the matter and oblige.
