Delivery not in time

We are regular customer of ur tpt. we are suppling material to sugar industries in maharastra & karnataka.

we were told that material will be delivered in 6-7 days. regretlyit has never been delivered before 15-20 days. every time it is lying at ludhiana for around 6-7 days. latest 328039230 booked on 29/09/10 for latur at jalandhar was forwarded from ldh on 4/10/10. we would like to know as to why it was kept at ldh for 6 days. & this is happening always. even material booked in cargo for ahmadnagar was delivered in 18 days. please tell us as to whether we should send material by your tpt or change to some other tpt.
