SUBJECT: complaint regarding target of batteries
Sir, I am a small dealer of your exide product. My SAFE NUMBER is 38451. I am please to inform you that I buy the batteries according to the desired target. But when one period of target is complete I am left out with some batteries which had to be saled out within that period of target. If I am not going to complete the target at reqired period then no discount is to provided by company, then my cost convert into similar market rates. And when I sold these batteries, then I stuck up with lots of complaints from customers. And these complaints are also not looked up by yours customer care executives. So, tell me where should we dispose off these batteries as Every customer demand new manufactured batteries. Two complaints were already done by me at your customer care executive from the last year, but no proper action has been taken till now. And two more complaints are due to register.
This same complaint is registered by me earlier also, but no proper action has been taken.
As per the rules old manufactured batteries should be replaced by new ones so that we can we can satisfy our customers and protect the name of company from spoiling,
I request you to take some proper and strict action regarding my COMPLAINT as early as possible.
