Insurance Settlement between Khanna Hyundai and TATA AIG

Hi,

On October 8 my car (DL7C J 9178) met an accident and I got it repaired by Khanna Hyundai dealer in Industrial Area, Panki, Kanpur, U.P.

As per email below Khanna Hyundai demanded me to pay Rs. 48120/- based on approval received from TATA AIG. An email below is fyi;

Having faith on Hyundai, I paid the amount to receive my car as Khanna Hyundai took more than two and half months to deliver it.

Later on during my investigation, I found, Khanna Hyundai got the approval only for 1, 43, 555/- and I had to pay only 20650/-.

Now TATA AIG denies to approve addtional amount. Below please find an email from Hyundai Regional care manager Ms. Nishu Yadav.
