Baggage Lost during Travel to Ahmedabad on 12th November
I would to ask any lawyers/similar troubled customers for advice as to how to proceed, it has already been over three months, the contact number provided does not connect and neither are they replying to my recent mails. I am including the email conversation as proof of their communication. Any help would be useful.

This is just a frivolous attitude of Air India Employees, I just dont understand why are you people not serious?
This is B L Yashwanth (Bangalore Lingaraj Yashwanth), I had travelled in economy class of Air India on 12th November from Delhi to Ahmedabad, Flight No. AI 817. I did not get my baggage (Weighs 4 Kgs) due to your irresponsibility.
I have been calling this number 07922865211, but the lady tells me that she would mail my the form that is required to be filled so that I get my cheque as a reimbursement, but never did so until this date.
I don think you people do take of the customer feelings, it is for sure I will not travel with your service any longer
due to this injustice that I have been put into.
It is really sad.
