Not allowed to board despite valid ticket and ID

Today i.e. 24 July despite having a valid ticket - PNR No. CYWAD NIKHRA/RASHMIMRS, my wife

Mrs. Rashmi Nikhra was not allowed on the ticket to check in by kingfisher counter manager on the airport. She

was asked to buy a fresh ticket, which she bought and have traveled on the same flight. On the previous ticket she was having a seat no. 21D as well.

Is this not absurd. I am sure, there was something wrong about the ticket you issued. I request the airline to pay us

compensation.
